Crazy Winners casino and what changed at its address
Crazy Winners, at crazywinners.com, is build 217 on the Rival platform, under a domain registration from February 2013. Its terms set an 18 working day limit on withdrawal approval. The smallest deposit is €5 or €10, depending on the method.
LicenceOn the About page of Crazy Winners, an offshore casino, the corporation said to be 'licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao' has a blank for a name.

What each adds
Same platform
When we checked, crazywinners.com and 8 more domains served one and the same English text file. That file belongs to the platform, and DaVinci's Gold is where we compare the set on the same build.

Which pages the archive shows before the casino arrived
The oldest archived copy of crazywinners.com, from 10 January 2007, is a parked page that welcomed visitors to the domain. On 30 May 2013 the address showed a 'Domain Default page' from the Parallels Plesk Panel.
Neither shows a casino. The registration on record today dates from 18 February 2013, and NameCheap, Inc. is its current registrar. You'll notice the 2007 copy is older than that record.
By our count the current record is 13 full years old. We don't take that figure as the casino's age. If you'd typed the address in May 2013, after that registration, you'd still have reached a server default page rather than a casino lobby.
Which studios the Games Store page linked
By 21 February 2017 it was a casino. The address carried a site titled 'CRAZYWINNERS Online Casino & Games Store' that day, and its game catalogue linked Betsoft, Rival and Sandstorm games.
In the archive copies we checked, no casino appears before 2017. Today's lobby lists 978 games, and Betsoft and Rival are still among its 15 studios. Sandstorm isn't among the 15 studios its Providers menu links. If you're after the other casinos on this code, our casino profiles list them.
What its platform code calls the casino
A copy from 16 January 2021, titled 'CRAZYWINNERS Online Casino', sends live chat to casinocontroller.com/crazywinners2. The platform script we read today still uses 'crazywinners2' as the casino's internal name.
By 2021 the 'Games Store' had dropped out of the title. Today it's 'Home | Crazy Winners'. The name stuck.
The same script gives Crazy Winners build number 217 on Rival. Its back office is admin.casinocontroller.com. We read build numbers as IDs on the platform, so 217 tells you nothing about when the casino started.
What its pages say about paying with crypto
Bitcoin appears on the FAQ's short list of methods, beside MasterCard and Cashlib. Its mark sits in the footer too. On the banking page, debit and credit cards from VISA and MasterCard come first, then 'different web wallets and vouchers'.
Payouts are where crypto changes things. The FAQ says crypto withdrawals 'might take faster', but only where a crypto deposit came first. You'd need a crypto deposit first.
The FAQ's processing figure goes up to 18 business days, depending on the method, and BTC is one of its 2 examples alongside Wire transfer. Refunds treat small crypto deposits differently too: under $25, the terms credit the money to your balance instead of refunding it. Each withdrawal has to be at least 50 EUR, USD, GBP or AUD, or 500 ZAR. We didn't open the cashier, so these are the methods as printed.
What its terms list as an account violation
A forum post can count against you: the terms list 'an active or past complaint/dispute/criticism on a public forum or blog' among violations. Threatening a chargeback 'on a sister casino on the Rival platform' counts as well.
We'd single out the forum clause. Under it, a complaint you post on a forum, now or years ago, would sit on the same list of violations as running duplicate accounts. The terms also bar 'more than one account on an affiliated sister casino under the same management as Crazy Winners', without naming those casinos. If you've posted about a casino on a forum, this is the clause worth reading first.
Betting systems are another matter. They say 'Legitimate betting strategies, including stake progression systems such as Martingale, do not constitute cheating'.
At Crazy Winners, you can fix a deposit limit yourself, and daily, weekly or monthly caps follow from 'a simple written request'. Its support team handles the bigger steps: a break of no more than 6 weeks, self-exclusion, or closing the account for good. The page's own list of outside help runs to Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and G4. If you've signed up to GAMSTOP, its FAQ recommends running the scheme together with any blocks your bank provides. BetBlocker, Gamblock and Gamban are the blocking programs GamCare's page points to. GamCare's National Gambling Helpline won't charge you, and 0808 8020 133 answers 24 hours a day, for calls, live chat or WhatsApp. This site is for adults only, so you'll need to be 18 or over to read it.
Questions readers ask
Who runs Crazy Winners?
Crazy Winners' About page speaks of an 'incorporated corporation' with a Curaçao licence, but its name is blank. We found no company on any of the pages we checked.
How old is crazywinners.com?
Its current registration was made in February 2013, 13 full years ago. A registration dates the record, so we don't use it as an opening date.
What does Crazy Winners say about payout times?
The terms allow approval up to 18 working days from the end of authorisation, and a pending request needs the Fraud department's sign-off too. Crypto withdrawals may come through faster, though the FAQ ties that to having deposited in crypto.
How do I complain to Crazy Winners?
Send it to support in writing, inside 5 days of the event. Leave it longer and the terms let the casino decline to deal with it, and they treat its decisions as final.
