Lobby Set

Report a change to a casino or its set

Which changes to report

Any change that would alter a fact on one of our set pages.

  • Ownership: a different company name, company number or licence number in a brand's footer or terms.
  • Register: a brand's domain added to, removed from or changed on a licence register.
  • Lobby: a tab, sportsbook, live section or language menu that has appeared or gone, or a new way to reach support.
  • Domain: a brand moving to a new address, or another site using its name.

What evidence a report needs

The address of the page that shows the change, and what it shows now.

Send the report to contact@lobbyset.com, with:

  1. the Lobby Set page and the line on it that the change affects
  2. the source: the footer or terms page, the register entry, or the lobby itself
  3. what the source said when you saw it, and the day you saw it
  4. a screenshot, if the change may not last (front pages rotate)

Leave out your account numbers and identity documents. A report never needs them.

What happens after a report arrives

We check the source ourselves. A report is a lead, and the page changes only on evidence we can see.

  1. Ownership and register reports. We read the brand's footer, its terms and the register entry again.
  2. Lobby reports. A set is only ever compared from one sitting, so a lobby change is taken up when the whole set is read again. The page then shows the new sitting and its date.
  3. If the fact has changed, the page changes and the change is dated on it. If the evidence for a tie no longer holds, the label moves to what the evidence does show. When a tie ends, the brand keeps its row, and a dated line records the change.
  4. If the source shows no change, the page stays as it is.

No timing is promised here. A register can lag behind a footer, and the lobbies in a set are read again together, never one brand at a time.

How an operator can ask for a correction

If you run a brand, write from an address on its own domain, and name the page and the fact.

We correct facts against what the brand's own pages and the licence register show. So when a footer or terms page is out of date, the fastest route is to update it and tell us. Then we read it again. We don't remove a fact that its source still shows. Front-page screenshots stay as they were on the reading date, and a newer front page appears after the next reading. No correction is paid for, in either direction.

Where a complaint about a casino goes

The casino's own complaints process comes first. Disagreements between casinos and their customers aren't ours to settle.

The casino's terms should describe how to raise a complaint. Some name an outside body that hears disputes the casino couldn't resolve. If your complaint shows that a fact on our page is out of date, report that part here as well.

If the change you've noticed is in your own gambling rather than in a lobby, tell a GamCare adviser about it. Their line, 0808 8020 133, is free whatever the hour.
