How to reach the team

By email, to contact@lobbyset.com. Every message reaches the editorial team that writes the pages.

Put the brand or the page in the subject line, so the message can be matched to its set. Keep to one topic per message, so each one can be answered on its own.

What to send when a fact looks wrong

Three things: the page address, the exact claim, and a source that shows something different.

A source you can link is worth more than a description of one. The useful kinds are the brand's own footer or terms page, an entry in a licence register, or a dated screenshot of a front page. If the change is in a lobby, the report-a-change page explains how a set is read again, and why a lobby fix waits for the whole set.

Where account questions should go

To the casino itself. Lobby Set isn't a casino, so we can't see, open or change anyone's account.

A question about a deposit, a withdrawal, a promotion or a closed account belongs with the casino's own support team. The casino's terms should describe its complaints process. Some also name an outside body for disputes it hasn't settled.

Placements, links and reviews are not for sale. We act for no casino. Nor do we recommend one to any reader.

If you're writing because gambling has started to hurt, you don't need to wait for our reply. 0808 8020 133 reaches GamCare's National Gambling Helpline straight away, costs nothing to call and is staffed through the night.
