What makes casinos sister sites
A shared company does. Casinos with the same owner, named on a licence certificate or in their own terms, are the ones we call sisters.
Matching games and layouts are real likenesses, but they come from the software, and the same software can sit under casinos with no company in common. So we sort every link into 3 labels, each with its own proof:
- Same company: the same named company on each brand's licence certificate, terms or policy pages.
- Same platform: the same build file, settings, templates or cashier code, matched domain by domain. It shows a shared supplier, not a shared owner.
- Similar casinos: lookalikes, with the likeness stated. A set page lists any lower down, never in its first grid.
It matters once you've got an account. The company is whose licence and terms you play under. A platform tells you who built the lobby, and casinos can share one while answering to different companies. Our page on how a tie earns its label sets out the company and platform tests.
Which casinos share a company in Curaçao's records
Kinghills and Memo Casino do. The certificates that the Curaçao Gaming Authority publishes for both domains name IntellogixSoft B.V., company number 164650, under one licence, OGL/2024/1121/1020.
Both certificates listed the licence as Active when we checked in October 2026.
Each Kinghills policy page, from KYC and AML to Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion, names IntellogixSoft B.V. as the firm running kinghills.com. Memo's terms name the company and its number in clause 1.2. You'll find the pair beside the rest of their platform on the Kinghills set page.
How far the Kinghills platform reaches
To 8 casinos, Kinghills and Memo among them. Each one's configuration carries the same 131 settings and the same game-category tabs.
Jokabet, Xtraspin, Nine Casino, NineWin, Vipzino and Jackpot Raider each have a brand setting of their own turned on inside that shared setup. 4 of them hold licence certificates in company names of their own: Jokabet, Nine Casino, NineWin and Vipzino. They share Kinghills' build, but not its licence holder.
We opened 3 of these lobbies: Kinghills, Jokabet and Xtraspin. All 3 load the same front-end files, and their first 12 Top Games are the same titles, in the same order. Xtraspin goes furthest: 33 Top Games, against 30 at Kinghills and 29 at Jokabet.
Which casinos share one Rival lobby
At least 18 casinos served one identical Rival build file in our checks. The 6 we opened match row for row.
Candyland, Paradise 8, DaVinci's Gold, Avantgarde Casino, Cocoa Casino and This Is Vegas share a 12-item Games menu and 9 languages. None of the 6 menus has a sports tab. What you'll see change is the logo, the colours and the name in the footer.
None of the 6 footers names a company, and each About page tells you only that a corporation licensed by Curaçao's government owns the casino. With no company named, it's a Same platform set.
What changes from one livery to the next
It's mostly the terms. In the Rival set, the 6 lobbies match, while their terms come in 3 versions.
- 157 sections: Paradise 8, DaVinci's Gold, This Is Vegas and Cocoa Casino. Payout approval is allowed 12 working days, plus a Fraud department check.
- 157, with 2 rewritten: Candyland, whose payout approval runs to 14.
- 144 sections: a shorter version at Avantgarde Casino, which allows 18.
So 2 lobbies that each count 978 games can approve payouts on different clocks. It's the terms, not the lobby you see, that set the payout clock. You'll find the counts for both sets on our lobby overlap page.
Which sites borrow a casino's name
Several do. When we searched for Cocoa Casino sister sites, 3 of the first 6 results sat on cocoacasinosuk.com.
That site runs on WordPress, and its buttons led us through 3 tracking hops to a sign-up page for Spinfin, a different brand. The chain didn't pass through cocoacasino.com at any point. DaVinci's Gold has namesakes too. One of them, davincisgold.net, describes itself as an independent promotional site, and its footer names Palau Holdings N.V.
The quickest check is yours to run: the address bar should show the casino's own domain, and support mail should end in that same domain. Our Cocoa Casino page sets the 2 Cocoa sites side by side.

If you complain at Kinghills, its dispute page sends you to contact@kinghills.com first. Cocoa Casino's terms don't point to an outside dispute body, and its FAQ points you to support by phone, chat or email. Either way, save your cashier histories before you write in.

In plain terms, casinos with one owner. On our pages, Kinghills and Memo Casino are sisters: Curaçao's licence certificates name IntellogixSoft B.V. for both. Casinos that share software alone don't get that label.
Is a shared platform the same as a sister site?
No. A platform is software, and casinos owned by different companies can run the same one. Jokabet uses Kinghills' configuration under a company of its own, Investan N.V.
Do casinos on one platform have the same games?
On the 2 builds we've read, largely yes. 6 Rival lobbies count 978 games each, and 3 lobbies on Kinghills' build open with the same 12 Top Games. The row lengths still differ, and Xtraspin swaps in a fishing game of its own.
