Which firm holds the licence it trades under
Investan N.V., company 153108 in Curaçao. You'll find that name on the certificate for jokabet.com and in its terms.
Those terms say the firm runs the website under its Curaçao licence. Payments go through an agent with a name to match: INVESTAN PROCESSING SERVICES LTD, registered in Cyprus as HE 408497.
We checked the certificate twice, on consecutive days. Both times, it gave a grant in November 2024. The status read Active.
Kinghills and Memo Casino answer to someone else, IntellogixSoft B.V., company 164650. That's where Jokabet parts from the casinos it looks most like.
Which casinos share its company, and which its platform
Going by both casinos' certificates and terms, F7 Casino shares its company. Its platform, though not its firm, is shared with Kinghills.
We rest that tie on 4 papers: the 2 certificates and each casino's own terms. All 4 give the firm as Investan N.V., numbered 153108. The certificate for f7casino.com, checked on 6 October 2026, also gives Jokabet's licence number and the status Active. F7 Casino's terms also name HE 408497, the Cypriot company Jokabet pays through.

How its licensing has changed over the years
We count 3 regimes in its records: a Curaçao sublicence, an entry in Anjouan, then the Curaçao Gaming Authority licence it carries now. The name Investan runs through all of them.
You'll find its address dated 5 January 2022 in the .com registry, which lists GoDaddy as the current registrar. The registration runs to 5 January 2027. An archived copy of the footer we found, from July 2023, names INVESTAN, with sublicence GLH-OCCHKTW04162020 under master licence 365/JAZ.
Anjouan's 2 documents don't agree. Its licence register, checked on 8 October 2026, lists Investan N.V. under ALSI-112405003-FI1 as 'valid', issued 7 May 2024 and expiring 6 May 2026. A validation page for jokabet.com, generated on 7 October 2026, says 'Operating status: INVALID' and 'NOT Licensed'. We've given you each as its own document puts it.
On the certificate, the current licence dates from November 2024. The authority's registry edition of 2 October 2026 lists it as issued on 24 December 2025, with no expiry and the status 'Indefinite'. We also searched its enforcement register, its public warnings and its list under article 5.17 for 'jokabet' on 3 October 2026, and none held an entry.
What Jokabet shows first in its lobby
The same opening run as Kinghills: its first 12 Top Games are the same titles, in the same order. Behind View all, you get 29 Top Games and 27 Fishing Games, against 30 and 29 at Kinghills.
We read the front page of the lobby on 9 October 2026. Its menu icon for activities says 'Specials', where Kinghills has 'Challenges'. You'll also see a live chat button and a prompt to install the Casino App. Its page title gives the name 2 ways, 'Jokabet Casino' and 'Joka Bet Casino', so you may see it written either way.
What its footer links to, and what it doesn't
Risk Warnings, Bonus Terms and a Cookie Policy each get a footer link. A Self-Exclusion page isn't among them, and the licence block names no company.
Open Risk Warnings and you're told you risk losing the money you deposit. The page adds that online gambling may be illegal in some jurisdictions, and that the company doesn't affirm its services comply with the law wherever you happen to be.
In the licence block, there's a licence logo, support@jokabet.com and a line limiting the site to customers over 18. Its licence link is hidden. So we took the company's name from the certificate and the terms instead.
What its own documents say about large wins
They give 2 different instalment caps. Its terms of 7 October allow up to 15,000 € a month for wins above 15,000 €. Clause 2.13 of its payouts page, checked on 10 October, sets 10,000.
We've set them side by side, each in its own document's words. We won't pick one. The same payouts page sets the smallest withdrawal by country of residence: between EUR 50 and EUR 120, unless specified otherwise (clause 2.1). Processing there can run to 72 hours under clause 2.10, and clause 2.15 pays nothing out until you're fully verified.
Jokabet's Responsible Gaming page holds deposit limits by the day, week or month, which you set after logging in, and any loosening waits 24 hours.
