Memo Casino, a proven sister of Kinghills
Memo Casino shares Kinghills' company as well as its platform. Both casinos' certificates and terms point to IntellogixSoft B.V., under one Curaçao licence. Memo's dispute page adds a free outside route, CADRE, and its deposit limits take 24 hours to loosen.
LicenceMemo runs offshore under a Curaçao licence. The certificate the Curaçao Gaming Authority shows for memocasino.com, checked in October 2026, marks that licence Active.
What each adds
Same company
Memo shares its platform setup, down to a single LiveChat account, with the other casinos in the Kinghills set. That page shows what each adds.
Memo Casino
Its certificate for kinghills.com names the same operator and the same licence

Which records tie Memo to Kinghills' company
Memo's certificate and its terms, set beside the certificate for kinghills.com. All 3 give IntellogixSoft B.V. as the company and carry one licence number. That's the bar we set for a sister.
We checked the authority's certificate for memocasino.com, and it gives IntellogixSoft B.V. as operator, company 164650. The 6 October 2026 copy of Memo's terms goes further: it says that firm owns and runs the site, and quotes the same number and licence.
The terms also give the firm a second company of its own, a payments subsidiary registered in Cyprus: IntellogixSoft Solutions Limited, HE 451682. A shared platform on its own isn't enough for us to call a casino a sister, and the 2 gates we apply explain why.
Where the operator's name appears on its site
In its terms, not in its footer. The footer's licence block names no company, and its licence link is switched off.
What you'll see down there is a reminder that gambling can be addictive, a line saying the site only takes customers over 18, and the support address. So the footer won't tell you who runs Memo. You'll find that on the regulator's certificate page, which is why our box at the top cites it beside the terms.
When the domain and its licence began
The domain came first. Its registry record dates it to 21 March 2024, and the certificate puts the licence grant in January 2025.
We looked the address up in the .com registry. Its record was last changed on 18 March 2025, and the registration now runs until 21 March 2029. The same record lists GoDaddy as registrar and Cloudflare's name servers.
What its own pages say about cashing out
Its payouts page asks for at least €50 per withdrawal, and its terms let it confiscate a balance you leave idle for 30 months.
The same page leaves the maximum to the payment method and pays larger sums in instalments. Its minimum carries an 'unless specified otherwise' (clause 2.1).
The page puts processing at up to 72 hours, and every cashout waits until you're fully verified. Its terms charge a monthly fee on an account nobody has logged into for 12 months.
In this review, the 30-month rule is clause 9.4 of the terms we read. Elsewhere in the set, we found it in Xtraspin's and Nine Casino's terms, but it isn't in the Jokabet, Vipzino, NineWin or Jackpot Raider copies we read.
Who settles a dispute that support can't
CADRE, once Memo's customer service has had the first go. Its dispute page calls CADRE an independent alternative dispute resolution body, free to you, whose decision binds both you and the casino.
You'd start with support@memocasino.com, the address in its site settings. After that, the page also points to 'any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website'. Its footer hides the licence link, but we found the regulator on the certificate. It's the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
On Memo's Responsible Gaming page, deposit caps come daily, weekly or monthly once you're logged in, and a request to loosen one sits for 24 hours before it applies. Its Self-Exclusion page locks the account at once for 3 months to 5 years, and support can make that indefinite. GAMSTOP's FAQ backs adding a blocking app and your bank's controls to its scheme, and GamCare's list of blockers takes in BetBlocker, Gamblock and Gamban, some free. GamCare's bank guide says a card-level gambling block costs nothing at most UK banks. Run by GamCare, the National Gambling Helpline is free and staffed day and night on 0808 8020 133. Memo's page here, like the rest of Lobby Set, is meant for over-18s.
Questions readers ask
Who owns Memo Casino?
IntellogixSoft B.V., Curaçao company 164650: Memo's terms describe it as owner and operator of the site. The certificate names the same firm as operator, and the terms add a payments subsidiary in Cyprus with a near-identical name.
Is Memo Casino a sister site of Kinghills?
Yes. Each casino's certificate names IntellogixSoft B.V. and the same Curaçao licence, and their own documents agree on the company.
Is Memo on the same platform as Jokabet?
Yes, you'll find Jokabet's platform config matches Memo's. A platform isn't a company, though. Memo's firm, IntellogixSoft B.V., is the one it shares with Kinghills.
What's Memo's support email?
Its site settings give support@memocasino.com. Write there first with a complaint, since the dispute page sends you to CADRE only after customer service.
