Vipzino casino, its licence history and its own tools
Vipzino's Curaçao certificate names Greenwich N.V. as its operator and lists the licence as Active. On 9 October 2026 we read the platform configs of 8 casinos in the Kinghills set, and Vipzino's was 1 of them, under a different licensee from Kinghills'. Its responsible gaming page promises a customer service team 24 hours a day, every day.
LicenceThis offshore casino's licence, OGL/2024/1646/1023, appears on a Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for vipzino.com, granted in October 2024 and Active when checked in October 2026.

What each adds
Same platform
Its config and the others we read for the set carry one bundle of 131 white-label switches and a single LiveChat account. The Kinghills set page shows what each adds.
Vipzino
Shares the build under a different company, IntellogixSoft B.V.

Which document names the company behind Vipzino
Its licence certificate does, and the name on it is Greenwich N.V. You won't see a company named in its footer or its terms copy.
The footer we saw when we checked these records gives you an 18+ line, a note on how terms updates take effect and support@vipzino.com. There's no company, and no licence.
Since the terms copy we checked on 7 October 2026 names no operating company either, our operator box quotes the certificate, not the site. We opened it on 6 October 2026 and again the next day. It read the same both times.
What each licence record says, from Anjouan to Curaçao
They begin with an Anjouan register entry, issued to Greenwich on 7 May 2024. The Curaçao certificate came later, granted in October 2024.
Registry records put the web address between those dates, with vipzino.com registered on 23 July 2024. That record, last changed on 23 June 2026 and running to 23 July 2027, lists NameCheap as the current registrar.
If you go back to an archived copy of the footer from 13 November 2024, you'll see how the site described itself then. It said a licence had been applied for, marked 'In Progress', and named Verdewich Partners Ltd, HE 450647, as its payment agent.
The 2 Anjouan documents disagree. On 8 October 2026, the register listed the entry as 'valid', with an expiry date of 6 May 2026. The validation page for vipzino.com, generated a day earlier, showed 'Operating status: INVALID' and 'NOT Licensed'. You get both, as printed.
What Vipzino shares with Kinghills, and what it keeps
It runs on the same build as Kinghills, but its certificate names a different licensee. IntellogixSoft B.V. is the Kinghills company, while Greenwich N.V. holds the Vipzino licence.
We label this tie Same platform. The method page shows you how it's earned. In our review of the set, a shared build and a shared licensee are separate questions, so we don't list Kinghills as a sister site.
What it keeps is a responsible gaming page of its own. It isn't the page the set shares, and it describes 2 products, Casino and Sportsbook.
Which self-exclusion periods its own pages offer
That depends on which of its pages you read. We checked both on this page's Records checked date. Its responsible gaming page lists 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years.
Its self-exclusion page offers you 6 months, 9 months or 1 year instead, or an indefinite exclusion if you ask for one. Both are Vipzino's own pages, and neither gets our vote. If you need a long break, get the period confirmed in writing before you count on it.
For outside help, the responsible gaming page names Gamtalk, Responsiblegambling.org, Gamcare, Netnanny and Betblocker, spelt as it prints them. You'll find GamCare's helpline in the help section below.
What its payouts page sets for a withdrawal
Its payouts page, as we read it on 10 October 2026, puts the least you can withdraw at between €50 and €120 (clause 2.1). Processing can then take up to 72 hours, under clause 2.10.
Card payouts use Visa's and Mastercard's transfer services, and intermediary bank charges are capped at the equivalent of EUR 16 (clauses 2.7 and 2.16).
For a win over €/$15,000, its terms copy of 7 October 2026 lets the casino split the payout into monthly parts of no more than €/$15,000. The payouts page's clause 2.13 uses €10,000 for the threshold and for each monthly payment. We've put the 2 figures side by side and don't rule on them.
Where a complaint goes beyond its own inbox
Start with contact@vipzino.com, the address its dispute resolution page gives. If that doesn't settle it, the page sends you to 'any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website'.
It doesn't name an ADR body. Nor does the footer we saw list a regulator. Its licence certificate bears the Curaçao Gaming Authority's name, so that is the regulator to look for.
We searched that regulator's registers on 3 October 2026, including its enforcement register and public warnings. Neither 'vipzino' nor 'greenwich' returned an enforcement or warning row.
If you want a break, Vipzino's own responsible gaming page lists self-exclusion and says its customer service team answers 24/7. For blocking software, GamCare's page points to BetBlocker, Gamblock and Gamban, with some available free. Most UK banks also offer a free gambling block, which you turn on for each card separately. If you're on GAMSTOP, its FAQ says a blocker and your bank's tools are worth adding too. GamCare's National Gambling Helpline, 0808 8020 133, is open around the clock and costs nothing to call; live chat and WhatsApp reach it on the same number. Lobby Set's content is written for over-18s.
Questions readers ask
Who operates Vipzino?
Greenwich N.V., a Curaçao company, going by the certificate behind its licence. Kinghills shares the platform, but its licensee is IntellogixSoft B.V.
Does Vipzino have sister sites?
Not on our evidence so far. A sister, in our labels, means one licensee named on both casinos' papers. Its tie to Kinghills is the platform alone.
Is Vipzino licensed?
Its certificate carries OGL/2024/1646/1023, a Curaçao licence. When we checked in October 2026, its status read Active.
How do I complain about Vipzino?
You'd email contact@vipzino.com first. For a next step, its dispute page points to an outside body or the regulator shown on its website, and names no ADR body.
