The company on NineWin's licence certificate is Three Cats B.V., a Curaçao firm. NineWin's config was checked with the Kinghills set on 9 October 2026, a sample of 8 casinos on one platform, but its licensee differs from Kinghills'. Its deposit limits come with a 24-hour wait before any rise.

Whose name sits on its Curaçao licence certificate
Three Cats B.V. is the holder it names, under company number 164649. We checked that certificate for ninewin.com on 6 October 2026, and its status was Active.
Its terms, in the copy we checked on 2 October 2026, refer only to 'the Company' and name no operator. The footer served on 10 October 2026 names no company either. So the certificate is what our operator box follows: of the documents cited here, it's the one that names a company for the brand.
Which validator link its footer keeps on file
The old Curaçao eGaming validator, at verification.curacao-egaming.com, for the domain ninewin.com. Its footer shows a licence logo, and that stored link is set to hidden.
We didn't open that link, so we can't tell you what it shows. Curaçao eGaming is the older validator, not the Curaçao Gaming Authority behind the certificate we checked. Beside the logo, the footer holds a responsible gambling line and support@ninewin.com.
The address itself goes back further: ninewin.com was registered on 9 August 2018, 7 years before the certificate's grant. GoDaddy.com, LLC is the current registrar on that record, which last changed on 22 July 2026 and expires on 9 August 2027.
How NineWin sits beside Kinghills on one platform
It runs on Kinghills' platform under a separate operator. IntellogixSoft B.V. runs Kinghills, while NineWin's licence sits with another firm.

How you can cap deposits or take a break
Its responsible gaming page offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, which you set once you've logged in. If you want a limit raised or removed, that takes effect only after 24 hours.
For a longer break, its self-exclusion page of early October 2026 runs to 1 year at most, with 6 and 9 months as shorter choices. Support can also set an indefinite exclusion. Those are set lengths, so you'd pick one rather than name your own.
How much you can withdraw, and by which route
Its payouts page sets a €50 to €120 minimum in clause 2.1, going by our 2 October 2026 copy. The same copy allows up to 72 hours for processing (clause 2.10) and names Visa's Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard's Payment Transfer for card payouts (clause 2.7).
For wins above 10,000, clause 2.13 lets the casino pay in monthly instalments of up to 10,000.
