Nine Casino, and the operator its own footer names

Nine Casino's footer and licence certificate name Uno Digital Media B.V., a Curaçao company, as its operator. It has at least 2 sister sites, BetOnRed and CryptoLeo, whose certificates carry the same company and licence. Its config was among those of 8 casinos we read in the Kinghills set on 9 October 2026, so it shares that platform.

LicenceIt's an offshore casino, and its footer cites Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1267/0760, which the certificate behind it listed as Active in October 2026.

The front page shows its lion-head wordmark beside Casino and Sports tabs. A lion mascot in sunglasses fronts the main promotion banner, with card, wallet and crypto logos below it.

What each adds

Same company

Same platform

Its 131 platform settings and its LiveChat account match the rest of the set we read. The Kinghills set page compares their lobbies and what each adds.

  1. Nine Casino

  2. BetOnRed

Its certificate for betonred.com names Uno Digital Media B.V. under the same licence

  3. CryptoLeo

The certificate for cryptoleo.com carries the same company number, 157147

  4. Kinghills

Runs the same platform under another company, IntellogixSoft B.V.

The footer names Uno Digital Media as operator, and you'll also find its company number, 157147, and its registered office in the Bon Bini Business Center, Willemstad.

That footer, as we checked it on 10 October 2026, also names a second firm. Optivion Systems Ltd, a Cyprus company numbered HE 471831, is the payment operator and acts as paying agent for the operator. So Uno Digital Media operates the casino, while Optivion handles its payments.

Another footer line says the site "is intended for residents of Luxembourg, Iceland, Finland, San Marino and Monaco". We quote it as printed and don't read more into it.

What the Curaçao certificate behind its seal shows

It shows you the operator and licence number that the footer gives, for the domain ninecasino.com. The issuer is the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

The licence was granted in May 2025. Its status on the certificate is Active. We reviewed it from the seal link in the footer, and you can open it the same way.

The web address is years older than that licence, with ninecasino.com registered on 15 September 2016 and last changed on 4 August 2023, according to registry records. Its registration runs to September 2029.

Which casinos share Uno Digital Media's licence

At least 2 do: BetOnRed and CryptoLeo, which makes them its sister sites. We checked their certificates on 6 October 2026. Each names the same company and licence number, OGL/2024/1267/0760, with the same May 2025 grant date and an Active status.

That's the label BetOnRed and CryptoLeo earn here: Same company, meaning the same licensee on each casino's own documents. How a casino earns each label sets out the test. Kinghills has an operator of its own, IntellogixSoft B.V., company 164650, so its tie to this casino is the shared platform rather than a company.

One more detail concerns CryptoLeo. When we checked cryptoleo.com on 1 and 2 October 2026, the domain had no working DNS address.

What its payout rules say about withdrawals and idle accounts

The minimum depends on where you live. Its payouts page sets it at EUR 50 to EUR 120, or the equivalent, by country of residence.

Clause 2.10 of the same page gives withdrawal processing times of up to 72 hours. Big wins are another matter. Its own documents disagree on them, so we show you both versions.

The copy of its terms we checked on 8 October 2026 lets it pay wins above €/$15,000 in monthly instalments of up to €/$15,000. Its payouts page, checked 2 days later, puts both figures at 10,000 €/$ in clause 2.13. We print them side by side so you can compare them, and we draw no conclusion between them.

Money you leave alone has a deadline, too. That terms copy closes an account after 30 months without activity and confiscates any balance still in it.

Where a complaint goes, and in what order

Its dispute resolution page, as we found it on 8 October 2026, starts you at support@ninecasino.com. If that doesn't settle things, you're pointed to any independent body or licensing regulator listed on the website, then to CADRE.

CADRE is the last stop the page names, and it calls that step free of charge and binding. Keep every message and reply. The whole exchange should go with your complaint.

After you log in, the casino's responsible gaming page gives you a deposit cap by the day, the week or the month. Loosening that cap, or dropping it, only takes effect 24 hours after you ask. GAMSTOP's FAQ puts it plainly: use its scheme and blocking software together, along with your bank's tools. Gamban, Gamblock and BetBlocker are among the blockers GamCare's blocking page names, and a few come free. Card by card, most UK banks can stop gambling payments at no charge, GamCare's bank guide says.
