Which casinos count as BetOnRed's sister sites
Nine Casino and CryptoLeo do, on the certificates we checked. We opened the regulator's certificates for all 3 domains on the same day, and each names Uno Digital Media, company 157147, on the same licence.
That's enough for our Same company test, which the method behind our labels sets out. Here the certificates and the brands' own papers name the same company. On the brands' side, Nine Casino's footer agrees with BetOnRed's terms and footer.
The web addresses are much older than the licence. Its own, betonred.com, dates from 13 August 2016, about a month before ninecasino.com. We don't count registration dates towards a tie.
CryptoLeo is the exception. Its domain had no working web address on any of our 3 checks in October 2026. If you're after sites like BetOnRed, both sisters share its operator, and each has a page of its own here.
Who runs it, in its footer, terms and policies
Uno Digital Media does, and there's no other operator in any document we opened. Clause 1.2 of the terms gives the firm, its company number and the licence.
The 5 policies we opened in one sitting, on KYC, AML, self-exclusion, responsible gaming and privacy, each begin by naming the same operator. In the footer, you'll also see a registered office at Schottegatweg Oost 10 Unit 1-9, Bon Bini Business Center, Willemstad.
Payments run through 2 Cyprus companies, both named in the footer. UDM Processing Services Ltd, HE 435747, acts as the operator's agent, while Optivion Systems Ltd, HE 471831, of Strovolos in Nicosia, is its paying agent.
Its terms have applied since September 2024, under Curaçao law. They list the United Kingdom among restricted countries.
What its terms say about payouts and idle balances
BetOnRed's terms let you withdraw from €50 or its equivalent, with processing taking up to 72 hours. A win above 15,000 €/$ can be split into monthly payments, none larger than 15,000 €/$.
The same terms cap intermediary charges on bank transfers at EUR 16 or its equivalent. Its AML policy says withdrawals above 3000 EUR in a single 24-hour period, or 9000 EUR in 90 days, always trigger enhanced due diligence.
For identity, its KYC policy asks for a passport or ID card, proof of address no older than 6 months and a photo of you holding the open passport. The terms may also ask for a selfie with an identity document. Papers must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, or else verified by video.
After 12 months without a login, the terms treat your account as dormant, and a monthly fee of €10, or your balance if lower, can apply while money remains. At 30 months of inactivity, they say the balance will be confiscated. By our count, that's up to 18 months in which the fee can run first.
How self-exclusion works, and where its policy disagrees
You can pick 6 months, 9 months or 1 year, or an indefinite exclusion. A request with no period counts as 6 months, and the account is disabled at once, with no deposits or withdrawals while it runs.
If you want a fixed period to end early, it needs an internal review and a cool-off of at least 24 hours. An indefinite exclusion can be lifted after a 7-day wait.
The policy splits on what happens when a fixed period ends. One paragraph says 'Once the period has lapsed, your account will be reopened'. Another says 'Upon its expiration, your account will not be automatically re-activated'. We quote both lines from the one copy we opened, on the date in our Records line, and don't choose between them, so ask support in writing which rule will apply to you.

Its terms list a support phone, +35880005733. Live chat loads on the site as well. The footer links X, Facebook and a Telegram assistant bot, and the privacy policy makes support@betonred.com the contact for its Data Protection Officer too.
CADRE is an independent alternative dispute resolution body, the page says. The terms fall under Curaçao law, with exclusive jurisdiction there, while disputes about card processing go under Cypriot law.
BetOnRed's responsible gaming page puts deposit limits under My Account, set per day, per week or per month. Cutting a limit works straight away, while a higher one or a removal has to wait 24 hours. For permanent self-exclusion, its page says to email customer service. Blocking apps on GamCare's list include BetBlocker, Gamblock and Gamban, a few of them free of charge. GAMSTOP's own FAQ recommends combining such software with its scheme and with whatever your bank offers. Your bank may have a gambling block too, since GamCare says most UK banks provide one free, card by card.
