CryptoLeo casino, what its documents still say
If you hold a CryptoLeo balance, its dispute page sends you to support@cryptoleo.com first, then to CADRE. Its terms, footer and the regulator's certificate all name Uno Digital Media B.V. of Curaçao. Nine Casino and BetOnRed are sisters of CryptoLeo: the certificates for all 3 casinos carry that firm's name. When we checked on 10 October 2026, cryptoleo.com didn't resolve, as on our 2 earlier checks.
LicenceAn offshore casino, CryptoLeo holds a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The regulator's certificate, linked from its footer seal, still showed OGL/2024/1267/0760 as Active in October 2026.
What each adds
Same company
CryptoLeo
Nine Casino's own footer and its certificate from the regulator both name CryptoLeo's operator
Its own terms give the same operator as CryptoLeo's terms

Which company its documents still name
Each document we opened gives one operator, Uno Digital Media, with Curaçao company number 157147. Its terms, in force since 26 November 2024, place cryptoleo.com under that firm and under OGL/2024/1267/0760.
The footer block agrees, adding an office in Willemstad's Bon Bini Business Center and 2 payment operators in Nicosia, Cyprus, UDM Processing Services Ltd and Optivion Systems Ltd. Only customers over 18 are accepted, it adds.
Those documents still load from the brand's content system, though cryptoleo.com itself didn't resolve on our checks, and we opened the terms, payouts page and policies in one sitting. The United Kingdom is on the terms' list of restricted countries.
What happens when you type in its web address
Nothing loaded. On each of our 3 checks in October, the name didn't resolve, and every DNS service we asked came back without a record for it or its www version.
Its Cloudflare name servers still answered. The registry record gives 10 September 2017 as the creation date, lists GoDaddy as the current registrar and runs to an expiry date of 10 September 2029.
For a working home page, you'd have to go back to the web archive's copy of 9 November 2024. Every capture after it is a redirect or a refused request. The latest row is dated 5 February 2026.
A consumer review platform goes further, in a listing for cryptoleo.com as it stood on 1 October 2026. It says reviews can no longer be left 'because the company's website has closed', and it showed 483 reviews at that point. That's the platform's wording, not a finding of ours.
Where its dispute page tells you to complain
Start with support@cryptoleo.com, its dispute resolution page tells you. If support doesn't settle it, you can go to CADRE, which charges you nothing whatever the result.
The terms pair that inbox with a phone number, +35796598361. Curaçao law governs those terms. Cypriot law covers any dispute about card processing. If you still hold a balance there, these are the routes the operator itself publishes.
Where Nine Casino and BetOnRed fit in
They're sister sites of CryptoLeo, under one company and one licence number. All 3 certificates, for cryptoleo.com, ninecasino.com and betonred.com, carry company number 157147.
CryptoLeo's terms, BetOnRed's terms and Nine Casino's footer back the certificates up, each giving Uno Digital Media as operator. That meets our Same company label, as our method page sets out.
You'll find what each adds on our pages for Nine Casino and BetOnRed. Its documents also come from the same content system as BetOnRed's. With the domain not resolving, though, there's no config to compare, so we give it no platform tie.
Where its terms and payouts page differ on withdrawals
On minimum withdrawals and big wins, the 2 documents set different rules. The terms asked for EUR 50 to EUR 120 at least, depending on country and payment method.
Wins above €/$10,000 could be split into monthly instalments of up to €/$10,000 under the terms. The payouts page, by contrast, set limits of its own in coins. Minimums there included 0.0002 BTC, 0.01 ETH and 1 USDT, coins were called the site's internal operating currency, and instalment caps came in coins too, for example 17142 USDT.
Both are the operator's own documents, checked the same day, the date at the top of this page. We don't rank one above the other.
The terms gave processing up to 72 hours and held bank charges from intermediaries to EUR 16. For identity checks, the KYC page we opened asked you for an ID card or passport and a proof of address no older than 6 months. It also wanted a picture of you with the open passport in hand.
If you didn't log in for 12 consecutive months, your account became dormant. A monthly €10 fee, or your whole balance if smaller, could then apply. BetOnRed's terms go further, confiscating a balance at 30 months. CryptoLeo's terms don't.
How long an exclusion could run under its policy
You could pick anywhere from 3 months to 5 years, or an exclusion with no end date. That's a wider range than we saw in BetOnRed's policy, and a request naming no period defaulted to 6 months.
A set period could end early only once the operator had reviewed the request internally and at least 24 hours of cooling off had passed. To undo an indefinite exclusion, the policy made you wait 7 days.
In the copy we checked, dated at the top of this page, its text contradicts itself. First it promises 'Once the period has lapsed, your account will be reopened'. Then it warns 'Upon its expiration, your account will not be automatically re-activated'.
We can't tell which line wins. Ask support before you rely on either.
The responsible gaming page that CryptoLeo's content system still serves sets out deposit caps you could fix per day, week or month. A request to raise or drop one sat for 24 hours before it applied. Permanent self-exclusion went through support@cryptoleo.com. If you want software to block gambling sites, GamCare points to Gamban, BetBlocker and Gamblock, and says you can get some without paying. GAMSTOP's FAQ suggests running such tools alongside its scheme and your bank's controls. Most UK banks can switch on a gambling block for a card at no charge, according to GamCare's bank guide. Free, round-the-clock support comes from GamCare's National Gambling Helpline: ring 0808 8020 133, or reach the same service by live chat or WhatsApp. This site's gambling coverage is aimed at adults, 18 years old or more.
