Where its certificate and its terms differ on the licence
On whether it has been granted: the certificate says yes, with the status Active, while the terms speak of an application for OGL/2024/1630/1008. They don't agree.
We checked both documents on the date given beside Records checked, and we put their wording side by side without ruling between them. The terms copy has been in force since August 2024, under the laws of Curaçao.
The United Kingdom is on that copy's list of restricted countries too. There's no link to the certificate in the footer. To see it for yourself, you'd look it up on the authority's own portal, under f7casino.com.
Which documents name its operating company
The regulator's certificate, the casino's terms and its AML policy all give Investan N.V. as the company. As we found it, the footer doesn't.
The terms say the most. They give the number 153108 and an address on Abraham de Veerstraat in Curaçao. A payment agent in Nicosia is named too: Investan Processing Services Ltd, HE 408497. The AML policy is written in Investan N.V.'s name and sends suspicious activity reports to the goAML system of Curaçao's Financial Intelligence Unit.
Its privacy policy doesn't name a company either. If you're after the operator, go to the terms or the certificate, as we did.
What an archived copy of its footer shows
Open the Internet Archive's copy of f7casino.com from 10 October 2025 and you'll see the company in full. That footer gives Investan N.V., number 153108, at an address in Zuikertuin Tower.
It used the same 'has applied for' wording as today's terms, for 'a GCB gaming license number OGL/2024/1630/1008'. The payment agent was there too, with its Cyprus number, HE 408497. Today's footer licence block names no company and no licence, telling you instead to play responsibly and that the site accepts customers over 18.
You're looking at a young web address. The registry's RDAP record gives 18 July 2024 as the registration date, the month before the terms came into force. It lists NameCheap, Inc. as the current registrar, and the domain's expiry date is 18 July 2027. When we checked, the site answered with pages of its own.
Why we count Jokabet as a sister casino
Because the regulator's certificates and the terms of both casinos put Investan N.V. behind them. Both certificates give company 153108 and licence OGL/2024/1630/1008, while both sets of terms name Investan N.V. and Investan Processing Services Ltd.

How its terms handle withdrawals and large wins
Its terms set the smallest withdrawal at EUR 50 to EUR 120, depending on your country of residence, and say processing can take up to 72 hours. We'd read that as an upper limit, not a promise. Wins above 10,000 € may be paid in monthly instalments of up to 10,000 €, the terms add.
We checked each figure above against the 'Accounts, Payouts, Bonuses' page as well. They match. A payout to your card goes through Visa Original Credit Transfer or Mastercard Payment Transfer, and the site's internal operating currency is the euro. If an intermediary bank charges a fee, the terms cap it at the equivalent of EUR 16.
If you don't log in for 12 months, the terms treat your account as dormant and allow a €10 monthly fee while money remains in it. There's no clause taking the balance after 30 months, though. We print no offer or bonus figures in this review.
F7's responsible gaming page lets you cap deposits by the day, week or month, and a request to raise or remove a cap waits 24 hours. Its terms add a loss limit. Asking to self-exclude closes that account at once, the terms say, while stopping a new one being opened is your own job, with the casino making reasonable efforts.
