Candyland casino and the payout lines it rewrote

Candyland's terms put payout approval at up to 14 working days, a stated ceiling 2 working days above DaVinci's Gold's. Its support address, support@candyland.casino, sits on the casino's own domain. Withdrawal documents go to that same address, the banking page says.

LicenceCandyland trades offshore, and its script, written for Rival's platform, gives it build number 325.

What each adds

Same platform

Candyland is on the same build as DaVinci's Gold and Cocoa Casino, its lobby counts matched DaVinci's Gold's, and the set page has the detail.

  1. Candyland

  2. NewVegas

Carries the same 2 rewritten payout sections

  3. DaVinci's Gold

Payout approval tops out at 12 working days in its terms

  4. Cocoa Casino

Its build file and Candyland's matched in size and checksum

Which payout lines Candyland rewrote

Set against DaVinci's Gold's 157-section text, Candyland's copy differs in 2 sections, both on payout time. They set the aim of paying "within 1 to 14 business days", and the FAQ says a withdrawal "might take up to 14 business days".

Our review found the same 14 in the script, as the withdrawalTime value of Candyland's own brand block. On DaVinci's Gold's side the figure is 12 working days, which is where the gap of 2 working days comes from.

NewVegas carries the same 2 changes. Candyland's other sections match that text, so the DaVinci's Gold page covers those clauses once.

How support runs on its .casino address

Live chat takes questions, and so does support@candyland.casino, an address on the casino's own domain, while a second inbox, documents@candyland.email, handles financial issues. Both sit on its support page.

We found that .email inbox in the platform script too. Its support page lists chat and email; its terms name no outside dispute body. Keep the replies you get, since they're your record of a complaint.

Candyland's support page also carries 3 phone numbers from code the whole build shares, so the other casinos in the set print them too. They won't tell you who runs Candyland.

What it asks for before a first payout

A first withdrawal needs papers: Candyland's banking page asks for your ID or passport, front and back, and a recent utility bill showing the account's name and address. Card players add a copy of each card used, with all but the first and last 4 digits covered, plus a signed Card Authorization Form.

On the banking page we checked, those papers go to support@candyland.casino. If you paid by Neteller or Skrill, you'll only need the ID and the utility bill.

Verification also moves the weekly withdrawal limit. Once you're verified, Candyland's terms allow up to 1000 a week in the account's currency, against up to 500 before documents are sent.

What the domain record and footer say about ownership

The domain's registration date is 10 August 2021, and its record also logs a transfer on 10 July 2024. Cloudflare is its current registrar. None of those dates tells you when the casino opened.

You'll see © 2026 Candyland in the footer, and neither it nor the banking, security, about, AML, privacy and terms pages we checked name a company. We keep Candyland's ties at Same platform for that reason. None of them is a sister by the test we apply, since that label wants one company on record at both casinos.

Where a Michigan list names Candyland

The Michigan Gaming Control Board's cease-and-desist list, in the version archived on 17 July 2026, has Candyland among 241 names. As in its own footer, no company is attached to the entry.

Candyland's responsible gaming page works by request. Write to support@candyland.casino for a break of up to 6 weeks, or ask in writing for a deposit limit by the day, week or month. You can also ask for self-exclusion or a full closure, and Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and G4 are the outside services it lists. If GAMSTOP is part of your plan, its FAQ also points you to blocking software and your bank's tools. GamCare's examples of blockers, Gamban, Gamblock and BetBlocker, include free ones. Most UK banks can freeze gambling payments on a chosen card without charging you, GamCare's bank guide says. Questions readers ask

Who runs Candyland casino?

We checked its footer and policy pages, and none of them gives a company name. That's why we list its ties as Same platform.

Does Candyland casino have sister sites?

Not by our standard, because its pages name no company to match with another casino. Its build file is the one Cocoa Casino and DaVinci's Gold served. NewVegas shares its payout wording, too.

Does Candyland allow longer for payout approval?

Payout approval can run to 14 working days under its terms. DaVinci's Gold's copy stops at 12. Both are stated limits, not withdrawals we timed.

How do I contact Candyland support?
