DaVinci's Gold
DaVinci's Gold shares all 157 of Cocoa Casino's terms sections. Our page on what DaVinci's Gold adds from its side covers the domains that borrow its name.
At least 17 casinos run the same Rival build as Cocoa Casino. Among the 6 casinos whose lobbies we opened together, This Is Vegas, Paradise 8 and DaVinci's Gold match it most closely, down to the terms. The casino itself sits at cocoacasino.com, while cocoacasinosuk.com is a separate site whose buttons sent us to Spinfin.
LicenceCocoa Casino is an offshore casino. Its FAQ and About page say it's licensed by the Government of Curaçao.

Cocoa Casino is the lobby at cocoacasino.com, the one Cocoa-named address that serves its Rival build file. A second site, cocoacasinosuk.com, uses the name, and 3 of the first 6 Google results for a search for Cocoa Casino sister sites were its pages when we checked.
The second site's own pages show what it is. It runs on WordPress, and its footer names the operator as Pan De Bono Consulting N.V., at an address in Curaçao. Its mail goes to support@cocoacasinosuk.com, and nothing on its front page links to cocoacasino.com. All 37 of its buttons, from Register to the game tiles, point to one path on its own domain.
When we followed that path, it passed through 3 affiliate tracking links and ended at a sign-up page on spinfin.com, for a brand called Spinfin. None of the hops touched cocoacasino.com. So if you've registered through one of its buttons, check which casino holds the account. Side by side, the 2 sites describe different casinos, and you can tell them apart in a few seconds:
| Check | cocoacasino.com | cocoacasinosuk.com |
|---|---|---|
| Games | 978, counted by the lobby's Show all button | 2,750+, in its fact table |
| Studios | 15 in its Providers menu in late September, among them Rival, Betsoft and Saucify | Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, BGaming and Red Tiger, none of them in the casino's menu |
| First online | Archived since March 2006 | Gives the casino a 2021 launch year |
| Crypto | Bitcoin only, by its terms | Lists Bitcoin and Ethereum |
| Company named | None on its pages | Pan De Bono Consulting N.V., Curaçao |
| Support mail | support@cocoacasino.com | support@cocoacasinosuk.com |
| Rival build file | Served | Not served |
Cocoa Casino has run on Rival since at least March 2006, the month of its first archived front page. That copy already showed a Rival logo, linked to the platform's own site.
Back then, Cocoa was a casino you installed on your computer, and its footer carried the name of The 400 Group NV. DaVinci's Gold's footer named the same company when the archive first caught it, a month later. Neither casino names a company today.
By January 2010, the front page spoke of Rival Powered software and more than 70 games. A later copyright line ran from 2005 to 2011. So the casino dates itself a year before the archive does. The lobby we opened counts 978.
In the platform's numbering, Cocoa Casino holds 12, the second lowest of the 10 we've read. That's a platform ID, not proof of age. Still, the 4 lowest numbers, 11 to 14, belong to Cocoa and the 3 casinos that share its terms.
Its lobby is the same build the other 5 casinos run, in a different livery. Each lobby we opened leads with the same row of 82 Exclusives.

Every menu matches. The Games menu splits them into 12 categories, from Crash Games and Scratch & Win to Video Poker. There's no sports tab on any of the 6. You can switch between 9 languages, and the Providers menu we read in late September linked the same 15 studios on every lobby.
In each lobby we opened, the casino swaps in its own logo and its own footer name. Its 13 footer links stay put. Each support page keeps 3 phone lines, one each for France and Spain plus an international number, while the mailbox moves to each casino's own domain. Beyond these 6, we found the same file on NewVegas, Pure Casino, FatBet and 9 more casino domains in early October.
Like Cocoa Casino, these 5 casinos run this lobby under their own names. We've set their rows next to Cocoa's on our overlap page for the Rival set.
DaVinci's Gold shares all 157 of Cocoa Casino's terms sections. Our page on what DaVinci's Gold adds from its side covers the domains that borrow its name.
Its documents inbox is documents@paradise8.email, and its build number, 13, sits one above Cocoa's. On its front page, you'll find the same promotion titles as on Cocoa's.
Documents for This Is Vegas go to documents@thisisvegas.email.
Candyland runs the same lobby but rewrites 2 terms sections, both on payout time. Where Cocoa's approval runs to 12 working days, Candyland's says 14. NewVegas, which we didn't open in that sitting, carries the same 2 changes.
Of the 6, only Avantgarde's front page carries promotions under names of its own. Its terms are a shorter, 144-section version, which gives approval as long as 18 working days.
The terms travel with the build. In the copies we read, 3 other casinos print the same 157 sections as Cocoa Casino, so the terms rules below are the same at all 4.
The account rule comes first. Cocoa Casino caps you at one account at each of its casinos, and the cap also runs per household, computer, IP address and email address. Another account at a linked casino "under the same management" counts as a violation, yet the terms never name those casinos.
Documents come next, from Cocoa's own banking page. Before it approves a withdrawal you've requested, it asks you for 2 documents: an ID with your photo on it, and a recent utility bill. It also wants a copy of each card you've used, with all but the first 4 and last 4 digits covered. Until they're approved, you can't play, and if they don't arrive within 30 days, your pending withdrawal can be cancelled.
Then there's time. A balance can be forfeited after 120 days without logging in, or 120 days with no bet placed, so logging in alone doesn't reset the clock. Payout approval can run to 12 working days, and it needs the Fraud department's sign-off on top.
Some lines pull against each other. Cocoa's terms make 25 the minimum age, where the About page has 18. One clause lets the casino close an account over a betting system such as Martingale, and another says such systems aren't cheating.
You go through support, on live chat, email or the phone, which the FAQ says is there around the clock. No outside dispute body appears anywhere in the terms.
Before you complain, keep the Transfer and Wagering histories from the cashier, as the FAQ suggests, and put your complaint to support in writing. Then know 2 lines of the terms:
None of Cocoa Casino's pages names a company. Its About page says "an incorporated corporation" licensed in Curaçao owns it, and its copyright line leaves the holder's name blank. How a casino earns the sister label explains why that leaves the set at Same platform.
The company named in cocoacasinosuk.com's footer doesn't appear on the casino's pages. A similar name, Pan De Bono Consulting Limited, sits in the footer of Pure Casino, another casino on the build, with a Cyprus address. Similar names in 2 countries don't make one company. We treat neither as Cocoa's owner.
Michigan's gaming regulator sent 19 online operations cease-and-desist letters in July 2025, with Cocoa Casino, DaVinci's Gold and Paradise 8 among them. By July 2026, 8 casinos from this build sat on the regulator's page of operators that got such letters.
Cocoa Casino's Responsible Gaming page offers a deposit limit (a daily, weekly or monthly cap you ask for in writing), a pause lasting 6 weeks at most, and self-exclusion. The page says a pause also limits access to any fresh account you try to open at Cocoa. If you're on GAMSTOP, keep that choice in place by installing Gamban, Gamblock, BetBlocker or a similar blocker on every phone or laptop you gamble on; some cost nothing. Most banks in the UK let you block gambling payments for free, one card at a time. Free help sits at GamCare's National Gambling Helpline, staffed 24 hours a day: 0808 8020 133. Questions readers ask
Its title calls it one. The evidence points the other way: it doesn't serve the casino's Rival build file, and its sign-up buttons led us to spinfin.com, not to cocoacasino.com. You'll find the casino's lobby at cocoacasino.com.
Bitcoin only. Its terms rule out every other coin, Bitcoin Cash included, and a Bitcoin payout goes to the wallet registered when you ask for it.
Yes. NewVegas served the same Rival build file in early October. Its terms differ from Cocoa's in the 2 payout-time sections, as Candyland's do.
