Lobby Set

Pure Casino and the two companies its pages name

Pure Casino's footer lists its licence holder, Windward Circle B.V., beside Pan De Bono Consulting Limited, a Cyprus company. It answers on 2 addresses, pure.casino and purecasino.co, registered 4 seconds apart in 2017. Its own FAQ puts withdrawals at up to 18 business days.

LicenceThis is an offshore casino, and its footer links a Curaçao licence certificate. On 10 October 2026 that certificate named Windward Circle B.V. as the operator of purecasino.co, Pure's second address, with the licence marked Active.

What each adds

Same platform

Pure's Rival build file is the one DaVinci's Gold loads. That set page compares the lobbies on the build.

  1. Pure Casino

  2. True Fortune

Its shorter terms are the copy Pure's own terms build on

  3. DaVinci's Gold

Longer terms, with weekly withdrawal limits Pure's copy leaves out

  4. Cocoa Casino

Serves the Rival build file Pure loads, byte for byte

Which companies the footer names, and in what role

It names 2, and they close every page we opened, from the home page to 9 info pages. Windward Circle B.V. appears as licence holder, while Pan De Bono, a Cyprus limited company, fills the line above it.

Each line gives a company number and an address. Windward Circle is company 150466, at an office centre in Willemstad, Curaçao, while the Cyprus firm carries HE401911 and an address on Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue in Limassol. For Pan De Bono you get a name and an address but no role, so that's all we print.

Avantgarde, FatBet, Paradise 8, This Is Vegas, Candyland and NewVegas carry Pure's policy text without its company lines. Shared text isn't a shared company, so we don't call any of them a sister.

A Curaçao firm with a similar name turns up on a site that borrows another casino's name. If you want to see how we keep the 2 apart, our method page sets it out.

What the certificate and the About page each say

They don't agree, so you get both. The certificate linked from the footer calls the licence Active, while the About page says the application is still in progress.

The certificate, from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, says Windward Circle B.V., company 150466, operates purecasino.co under licence OGL/2024/1135/0484, granted on 14 August 2025. Look closer at that domain. It's Pure's second address, purecasino.co, rather than pure.casino, and you can review the certificate yourself through the link in the footer.

The About page words it differently: in its telling, the same company has an application in progress with the regulator, under that licence number. Until the process ends, the page goes on, a transitional arrangement in Curaçao's gaming ordinance lets the company keep operating under its Orange Certificate of Operation.

We checked Pure's About page and the CGA certificate linked from its footer. Here you get each one as it reads, because calling the casino licensed would be our own claim.

How the casino's pair of web addresses fits together

Both lead to the same casino: on the day we checked, the 2 domains served an identical main script.

Their records give 12 November 2017 as the registration date for both and list NameCheap as the current registrar. Pure splits its mail between them, with support at support@purecasino.co and financial issues at documents@pure.casino.

Here's the snag. The banking page asks for withdrawal documents at the support address, so check with support which inbox it wants before you send ID.

Its support page lists 3 phone lines, and the international one, (+1) 910 665 7465, is Pure's own. That's the one we'd ring. The France and Spain numbers come with the shared build, which the DaVinci's Gold set page covers.

What Pure adds to the shorter Rival terms

3 lines of its own. Its terms repeat True Fortune's shorter version, then add the 2 company lines and a clause placing the agreement under the laws of Curaçao.

That copy sets the payout clock. Approval may take up to 18 working days, and the FAQ gives withdrawals the same 18, counted in business days. That stated ceiling sits 6 working days above the 12 in DaVinci's Gold's longer terms. If the money has a job to do, we'd plan on all 18.

In the platform script, Pure is build number 257, and its own brand block holds a withdrawal-time value of 18. That build number is a platform ID, and we don't read anything about the casino's age into it.

Where a complaint goes, and who can use the form

Into a form behind the login. Every page links Player Complaints, and that page holds a complaint submission form for logged-in users.

The terms add a deadline, since your complaint must arrive in writing within 5 days of whatever went wrong. You can't afford to sit on it. Neither the form page nor the terms names an outside body you could take a dispute to.

If your account is closed, or you can't log in, the form is out of reach. Write to support@purecasino.co instead. We'd keep a dated copy of whatever you send.

Pure's responsible gaming page runs on requests to support. You can ask in writing for a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit, or email support@purecasino.co for a break of up to 6 weeks. Self-exclusion and full closure are there as well, and the page says your account is blocked shortly after the request arrives. Pure's page also names 3 outside organisations: Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and G4. If you've registered with GAMSTOP, GAMSTOP's own FAQ suggests adding blocking software and your bank's tools, and GamCare lists Gamban, Gamblock and BetBlocker, some of them free. Most UK banks will switch on a gambling block card by card at no charge. GamCare's National Gambling Helpline answers free, at any hour, on 0808 8020 133. Everything on this site is for readers aged 18 and over.

Questions readers ask

Which companies does Pure Casino name?

The footer calls Windward Circle B.V. its licence holder, and the certificate it links says the same firm operates purecasino.co. A Cyprus firm, Pan De Bono, appears beside it with no role given.

Is pure.casino the same casino as purecasino.co?

Yes, both addresses open the same casino. Support mail runs through purecasino.co and the documents inbox through pure.casino, and both domains served one main script when we checked.

How long do Pure Casino withdrawals take?

Payout approval can last as long as 18 working days under its terms. The FAQ's own answer gives withdrawals the same ceiling, in business days.

Where does a complaint about Pure go?

To the Player Complaints form, which only logged-in users can open. Its terms set a 5-day deadline from the event, and the complaint has to be in writing.
