Paradise 8 casino and the companies its old pages named

Paradise 8's address, paradise8.com, has been registered since September 2005. This Is Vegas prints its terms copy word for word. That copy puts a ceiling of 12 working days on payout approval and aims to process withdrawals within 1 to 12 business days. Paradise 8 gives money questions an inbox of its own, on a .email domain.

LicenceParadise 8 is an offshore casino, run on the Rival platform.

What each adds

Same platform

Paradise 8 matches DaVinci's Gold on its build file, its lobby counts and its terms copy, and the DaVinci's Gold set page deals with that common ground.

  1. Paradise 8

  2. DaVinci's Gold

Its 6 lobby rows counted the same as Paradise 8's

  3. Cocoa Casino

Served the same build file in the same minute

  4. This Is Vegas

Its terms match Paradise 8's word for word

Which companies the archived footers named

A 2007 copy of its front page names The 400 Group N.V., and copies from 2015 to 2018 name SSC Entertainment. Then the names stop. In the copies we've looked at from 2019 on, you won't find a company.

Each era worded it differently. The 2015 copy said Paradise8.com was registered under the laws of Curaçao, Dutch Antilles, with a licence held by S.S.C. Entertainment at Ecommerce Park.

By March 2017 the footer had grown more precise. SSC Entertainment NV held the gaming licence with Antillephone NV, number 8048/JAZ 2011-0012, and Nazca Tech Ltd of East Sussex processed transactions. A January 2018 copy repeats that wording.

Older still, a 2008 copy carries a copyright line running from 2005 to 2007. We treat all of this as history. It shows you who the casino's own pages named in those years, which isn't the same as who runs it now.

What the address and today's footer show

The address has a long record, but the footer you see now names no company. Registered on 16 September 2005, it has NameCheap as its current registrar.

That registration runs to September 2027. Neither date marks the casino's launch. You'll see © 2026 Paradise8 in the footer, and the about, terms, AML, privacy, security and banking pages we checked add no company either. That's why we keep every tie on this page at Same platform: our sister test needs the same company named in both casinos' records.

Where support mail, documents and complaints go

Live chat and support@paradise8.com handle everyday questions, while financial issues belong at documents@paradise8.email. We found both on its support page.

Withdrawal documents are another matter, since the banking page sends them to support@paradise8.com. That .email address is also written into Paradise 8's platform script, in the brand block that gives it build number 13. That's a platform ID. It says nothing about the casino's age.

If something goes wrong, you complain through the same support channels, and its terms don't set a deadline for a complaint or name an outside body to escalate to. We'd save each message and its reply, so you've got the thread if you need it later. Its support page also shows 3 phone lines, shared code on the same build, so the DaVinci's Gold set lists them too.

What its terms say about payout time

In its terms copy, approval of a payout "may take up to 12 working days". If you check its FAQ, a withdrawal "might take up to 12 business days".

The same 12 turned up in our review of the script, as the withdrawalTime value in Paradise 8's own brand block. You'll see the same terms at This Is Vegas, word for word, and DaVinci's Gold and Cocoa Casino printed them at the end of September.

What one US regulator's list records

Paradise 8 was one of 19 operations named in a Michigan Gaming Control Board press release of 2 July 2025 on cease-and-desist letters. A year later, the board's list of operators sent such letters showed it too, in a copy archived on 17 July 2026.

Paradise 8's responsible gaming page puts its tools in support's hands. You ask in writing for a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit, or email support@paradise8.com for a break of up to 6 weeks. Self-exclusion and full closure are by request too: "Shortly after the request is received by us, we will block the member's account". For help beyond the casino, the page sends you on to Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and G4. With a GAMSTOP registration, GAMSTOP's FAQ recommends 2 extra layers, blocking software and your bank's own tools. The blockers GamCare lists, Gamban, BetBlocker and Gamblock, include some free ones. On the bank side, GamCare's guide says most UK banks provide a gambling block at no cost, applied to one card at a time. Questions readers ask

Who runs Paradise 8 casino?

Paradise 8's current footer, © 2026 Paradise8, carries no company name. Its about and policy pages, as we checked them, don't name one either.

Is Paradise 8 a sister casino of DaVinci's Gold?

It shares DaVinci's Gold's build file and terms, which earns the Same platform label. A sister, on our standard, needs one named company behind both, and Paradise 8's pages name none.

How long do Paradise 8 withdrawals take?

We didn't time a withdrawal, so these are the stated ceilings. Approval's limit is 12 working days, and its FAQ counts the same 12 in business days.

How do I complain to Paradise 8?

If you want to complain, write to support@paradise8.com or use the chat window, the routes its support page lists. Nothing in its terms points to a body outside the casino.
