Lobby Set

Royal Planet casino, its address and its rules

Royal Planet runs at royalplanet.casino on build 162 of the Rival platform. Withdrawals start at €50, and approval has a ceiling of 18 working days under its terms. You'll send money questions to a second address, documents@royalplanet.email.

LicenceRoyal Planet works offshore, and its About page cites a corporation 'licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao' while leaving the name blank.

How long royalplanet.casino has been registered

The RDAP record dates the registration to 18 January 2024, and NameCheap is the current registrar. We count that as 2 full years. The date opens the current registration; it doesn't tell you when the casino first took players.

We found the address in the Wayback Machine in 3 separate years. The copy of 19 March 2024 is an app shell already titled 'Royal Planet', loading chat from chat.casinocontroller.com on an earlier build. By 8 January 2026 an Angular build, main.29a7959d89452cb5.js, had taken over, and today's script is main.f89b6b1b095f3805.js.

Both are app shells. So you get the name and the build from them. They don't show who ran the site. The record was last changed on 12 August 2026 and runs until January 2027.

Which build of the Rival platform it runs

The platform script names the casino royalplanet and sets the platform to 'rival'. Under that name, the build number is 162. We treat it as an ID, not a sign of age or launch order.

Its back office sits at admin.casinocontroller.com, on the same casinocontroller.com domain as its 2024 chat host. Support mail goes to support@royalplanet.casino in that script, and finance to documents@royalplanet.email. Our tie-label method sets out what a Same platform label needs.

What minimum age Royal Planet's pages set

Read together on the day our Records line gives, Royal Planet's pages name 2 different ages. The terms say 'Players must be 25 years of age or older to play'. On the About page, it's a 'minimum 18 years of age'.

The FAQ says 'This depends on where you live', the responsible-gaming page bars 'Minors under the age of 18', and the script's registration setting is 18 as well. We can't tell you which rule applies. So we print each one.

Whether Royal Planet charges fees on deposits and withdrawals

The terms say yes to both. Yet 2 other pages of its own, checked that same day, say otherwise. We quote each one and don't rule between them.

Under the terms, every withdrawal, whether by wire, Neteller or direct to card, carries a transfer fee of 10 to 40 in dollars, euros or pounds. Your location and the payment processor set the amount. Its FAQ, by contrast, says 'We generally do not charge fees on withdrawals', while warning that a payment provider may.

We see the same split on card deposits. In the terms, the casino keeps the right to charge 'a fee of 3% - 6.5% for the processing of Credit Card deposits'. The banking page, though, says 'A 3% processing fee will be taken on all deposits'. That's a fixed rate on every method against a range for cards alone, so if a fee matters to you, ask support which one applies.

Minimum deposits are 5 or 10 EUR by method, and maximums range from 200 EUR to 1,000 EUR. VISA and MasterCard cards are named, plus web wallets and vouchers, and for what works in your country the banking page points you to support. Its FAQ also lists Cashlib and Bitcoin.

You can ask for a refund 'Within 24 hours of the original deposit', once compliance checks clear, for a game fault, unplayed credits or a wrong charge. Sending the money back costs 55.00 by paper cheque, 20.00 by SEPA wire or 75.00 by SWIFT. Crypto deposits under $25 aren't refunded but credited as play balance.

How long payout approval can take at Royal Planet

Once you've completed authorisation, approval alone may last up to 18 working days. A Fraud department sign-off comes on top. DaVinci's Gold's terms set their ceiling at 12, 6 working days lower.

The FAQ talks of processing that 'might take up to 18 business days', depending on the method, wire transfer and BTC among them. Crypto can be quicker, it says, if you deposited in crypto. The smallest withdrawal you can request is 50 in euros, dollars, pounds or Australian dollars, or 500 rand.

Each request is capped at 1,500 credits and each month at 10,000. Anything larger reaches you in instalments. We make it no fewer than 7 requests to draw a full month's cap, 6 at 1,500 and a 7th at 1,000. Progressive jackpots are exempt from the monthly cap, but each withdrawal stays capped at 1,500 credits.

Before approval, you'll need ID or a passport, front and back, plus a recent utility bill in the account's name and address. Every card used goes in too, showing just its opening and closing 4 digits, with a signed Card Authorization Form. Pay by Neteller or Skrill, and the ID and bill are enough.

Play is blocked while requested documents are outstanding. After 30 days without them, the terms void the request.

Where support, payment queries and complaints go

Everyday questions go to support@royalplanet.casino or live chat, and 'financial issues' go to documents@royalplanet.email, a second domain. The FAQ promises help 24/7.

A written complaint must reach the casino within 5 days of what happened; after that it 'reserves the right not to address the matter'. As a player, you accept 'all decisions made by the Casino as final', and the game server's results settle disputes over outcomes. We found no outside dispute body or regulator contact in the pages we read. The script's complaints-form switch is off.

The terms count a second account 'on an affiliated sister casino under the same management as Royal Planet' as a violation. A link to a closed account 'on any brand within the Rival network' counts too, as does criticism 'on a public forum or blog'. Neither clause names the brands it covers.

With no login for 120 days, or no bet in that time, your balance is forfeit to the casino. Closure costs you too. Whatever's left in the account then, pending withdrawals included, can't be withdrawn.

At Royal Planet, the responsible-gaming page offers self-exclusion, a deposit limit you choose, and daily, weekly or monthly caps you request in writing. You can also ask support for a time-out lasting up to 6 weeks, or for the account to close. Its list of outside help runs to Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and G4. GamCare's National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133 at any time, and the number also takes live chat and WhatsApp. GAMSTOP's FAQ recommends using your bank's own gambling controls alongside the scheme. BetBlocker, Gamban and Gamblock feature on GamCare's page about blocking software. Everything on Lobby Set is written with over-18s in mind.

Questions readers ask

Which company runs Royal Planet casino?

We didn't find one: the footer, terms and policy pages print no company name or number. The About page leaves a blank where the corporation's name should be.

How new is Royal Planet casino?

The domain record began in January 2024, 2 full years before we checked. That dates the registration, not a launch.

What does Royal Planet ask for before paying out?

If you paid by card, expect to send ID or a passport, a recent utility bill, a signed authorisation form and a copy of every card you've used. Neteller and Skrill users need only the ID and the bill. Approval then has an 18-working-day ceiling, with the Fraud department's own check.
