21 Grand Casino, and the two firms in its old footer
21 Grand Casino runs at 21grandcasino.com, a domain registered in December 2009, as build 33 on the Rival platform. Its terms cap payout approval at 18 working days. You've 5 days from an event to complain to support in writing.
LicenceAccording to its About page, 21 Grand is an offshore casino operated by an 'incorporated corporation' that Curaçao's government licenses and regulates, but the corporation's name is missing. We saw no licence number on the pages we read.

What each adds
Same platform
21 Grand loads the same English text file as the 8 other domains we read alongside it. Avantgarde Casino served that file in early October too, and the set on this same build is compared on our DaVinci's Gold page.

21 Grand Casino
Serves the same English text file, and its info pages read like 21 Grand's once names are swapped
Compared with 21 Grand's, its terms differed in none of their 144 blocks
Its lobby lists 3,940 titles to 21 Grand's 978, on the same text bundle

How the address grew from a server test page
21grandcasino.com carries a registration dated 14 December 2009, which makes the record 16 full years old. A web archive first caught the address on 3 January 2010, when it held a bare server test page.
By 28 January 2014 a working casino stood there. It was styled '21Grand Casino', carried a 'Copyright 2009-2014' line and called itself a 'Rival online casino'. Rival is still its platform.
A registration isn't a launch. That's why we lean on the archived pages instead, and you'll find at least one copy for each year between 2010 and 2026 in the web archive's record. They show you one name on one address for more than a decade, written 21Grand in the older copies.
Who the footer called owner and operator
A copy archived on 20 January 2018 says the website 'is owned by Cyberrock Entertainment N.V.' and 'operated by HoneyDew Trading Ltd'. That footer put HoneyDew in Nicosia, Cyprus, and cited a Curacao Gaming Authority licence number.
That's history. Both names have gone from the current pages we checked. We quote it as dated history. It's no record of who runs 21 Grand today.
Its footer now carries a copyright line in the casino's own name. Across the 10 pages we read, no company is named. Neither firm turned up on the other 8 casinos' pages or archived copies that we read, each with a profile in our casino index.
With no company named on those pages, each tie you'll see here stays at Same platform. We don't call any casino its sister, by the rules on our labels page.
Where the goldrock name still shows up
Inside the platform script, you'll find 21 Grand called goldrock, with build number 33 on Rival. A copy archived on 22 January 2021 linked its live chat at casinocontroller.com/goldrock.
You'd have seen that name in the 2021 chat link, and it's still in the script we read now. Support and documents addresses sit in the same file, which also points to a back office at admin.casinocontroller.com. 33 is an ID on the platform. It's no clue to the casino's age.
How long its terms let payout approval run
The terms say approval 'may take up to 18 working days', counted from the date authorisation was completed. DaVinci's Gold's terms allow 12 working days for that step, as our set page shows.
A pending withdrawal also needs sign-off from the Fraud department. Its FAQ words things differently. Processing there 'might take up to 18 business days', depending on the method you use, with Wire transfer and BTC named.
Crypto is the exception. It can be quicker, the FAQ adds, but only after you've deposited in crypto.
If you're withdrawing a large sum, the caps come into play too. Each request stops at 1,500 credits and the month's total at 10,000, and the terms say anything above that monthly threshold is paid out to you in instalments. Jackpots differ. A progressive one sits outside the monthly cap, yet the 1,500 limit per request still applies.
Which inboxes and numbers its support page lists
You can reach support by live chat or at support@21grandcasino.com, while documents@21grandcasino.email takes financial issues. The FAQ promises round-the-clock help over the phone, by chat or by email, and the support page lists a French, a Spanish and an international number.
Complaints have a deadline. The terms want yours in writing within 5 days of the event, or the casino 'reserves the right not to address the matter'. By the same terms, you accept its decisions as final. Across the pages we checked, we found no outside dispute body, regulator contact or complaints form, and the script's complaints-form switch is off.
At 21 Grand, the first tool is a deposit cap you pick, and writing to support adds daily, weekly or monthly ceilings on top. When you'd rather step away, support can freeze play for up to 6 weeks, apply self-exclusion or shut the account outright if you ask. Its page also names Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and the Global Gambling Guidance Group as outside sources of support. If you're a GAMSTOP member, its FAQ tells you to combine the scheme with whatever gambling controls your bank offers. Software built purely for blocking gambling, Gamban, Gamblock and BetBlocker included, appears on GamCare's list. GamCare's National Gambling Helpline, 0808 8020 133, costs nothing, never closes and takes WhatsApp and live chat on that number as well. Nobody under 18 should be reading this site, and it's written with adults in mind.
Questions readers ask
Which company runs 21 Grand?
We can't name one, since the pages we read give none. The About page mentions a Curaçao-licensed 'incorporated corporation' but leaves its name blank.
What is the smallest withdrawal at 21 Grand?
Its terms set the floor at 50 in your account's currency, or 500 for a rand account. Every request also passes through approval and a Fraud department check before you're paid.
Does 21 Grand show a licence number?
Not on the pages we checked. They cite the Government of Curaçao's licence and regulation, but give no number and no validator link.
What papers does 21 Grand want before a payout?
Its banking page asks for an ID or passport, a recent utility bill and a copy of each card used. A signed Card Authorization Form goes with them, and Neteller or Skrill users send only the ID and the bill.
