When the address first showed a casino
The record for casholotcasino.com gives 29 April 2013 as its registration date, and NameCheap, Inc. is the current registrar. When the web archive first caught the address, on 9 July 2013, a casino front page saying 'Powered by Rival Gaming' stood there.
It's on Rival today as well. We read that copy's date as the first time the archive saw a casino at the address, not as an opening day. You'll find at least one copy in each of the 14 years from 2013 to 2026.
Back then, the front page promised 'over 120 state of the art casino games'. That's history, not a current count. Today's lobby shows 978 titles from 15 studios, Wingo and Betsoft included, and its menus come in 9 languages, with Japanese, Hindi and Arabic in their own scripts.
Why its chat link and script share one name
A copy archived on 26 January 2021 links its live chat at casinocontroller.com/casholot. Today's platform script gives build 108 on Rival that same internal name, 'casholot'.
The 2021 copy's footer read 'Copyright © Cash o' Lot Online Casino 2020'. Now it carries '© 2026 Cash o' Lot'. We read 108 as a reference number on the platform. It doesn't count years, and it doesn't give a launch order.
Its security page still calls it 'Rival Gaming's very first European online casino'. We found that sentence word for word on the security pages of 8 more casinos in our check, and on DaVinci's Gold's. Since the 10 pages we read name no company, its ties here stay at Same platform, as our labelling rules require.
What has to happen before a withdrawal is paid
Approval comes first. The terms say it 'may take up to 18 working days' once authorisation is complete. A pending request needs the Fraud department's sign-off as well.
Papers come before approval. You'll be asked for your ID or passport, both sides, and a recent utility bill showing the account's name and address. Each card you've paid with goes in too, both sides, its middle digits covered so only the first 4 and last 4 show. So does a signed Card Authorization Form.
Neteller and Skrill users send just the ID and the bill. While a document request is open, you can't play until the casino has received and approved what it asked for. If nothing arrives within 30 days of your request, the terms cancel the withdrawal. We didn't test a withdrawal, so these are the rules as printed.
The FAQ describes processing that 'might take up to 18 business days', with Wire transfer and BTC as its examples of methods. For comparison, DaVinci's Gold's terms allow 12 working days for approval. Each other casino's figure is on its page in our casino profiles.
How long an idle balance lasts under its terms
Once 120 days pass with no login, or 120 with no bet, 'the Casino will be entitled to any balance in that player's account and the sum forfeit'. Leave money untouched that long and you can lose it.
Closing has a cost too. The terms say 'Any funds remaining in the balance of an account at the time of closure cannot be withdrawn'. Pending withdrawals count too. If you close an account with money in it, you can't take that money out afterwards.
When the terms let you ask for a deposit back
A refund can be requested 'Within 24 hours of the original deposit', once compliance checks are approved. It covers a game malfunction, credits you didn't use or a wrong charge.
You'd have one day to ask. A paper cheque refund carries a 55.00 fee, a SEPA wire 20.00 and a SWIFT wire 75.00.
Crypto has its own rule. If your crypto deposit was under $25, there's no refund. The money stays in your account balance instead.
Limits at Cash o' Lot start with a deposit ceiling of your own choosing, and a short written request to support adds a daily, weekly or monthly one. Self-exclusion works by request too, and the page says your account is blocked shortly after support receives it. You can also ask for time out of up to 6 weeks, or for a closure that's permanent. For outside help, it points you to Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and G4. GAMSTOP's own FAQ suggests you back its scheme up with any gambling block your bank can switch on. GamCare lists blocking software as well, and BetBlocker, Gamblock and Gamban are the names you'll find there. You don't pay to call GamCare's National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, and it's open 24 hours a day. WhatsApp and live chat reach it on the same number. Everything on Lobby Set is written for adults, meaning people aged 18 and up.
