Lobby Set

BoomBet casino and the addresses that share its name

BoomBet runs at boombetcasino.com, a domain registered in 2016, and boombetcasinos.com serves the same casino, so you'll find one lobby on 2 sites. Its support mail goes through the second address. By its terms, payout approval has an upper limit of 18 working days.

LicenceBoomBet is an offshore casino whose About page cites an 'incorporated corporation' licensed in Curaçao and leaves that company's name blank.

What each adds

Same platform

Its pages load the English text bundle of the Rival build, and the DaVinci's Gold page lines up the set that shares it.

  3. Avantgarde Casino

How BoomBet's mirror address fits with the main one

You'll reach the casino at boombetcasino.com, and its mirror, boombetcasinos.com, serves the very same site. When we checked, both loaded one platform script file and one text bundle.

The main address is older. Its registration dates from 25 May 2016, with NameCheap as the current registrar. The mirror's record starts on 21 August 2018, with Cloudflare as its current registrar. That's 10 full years for the main domain, counted from registration rather than from any launch.

BoomBet's support page lists support@boombetcasinos.com, an address on its second domain. So it's one casino at 2 addresses.

How the .com.au BoomBet differs from this casino

That notice sits on boombet.com.au, a separate site that doesn't link to boombetcasino.com, lists GoDaddy in its registry record and doesn't serve the casino's text bundle. It isn't the casino.

The .com.au page is titled BoomBet, states 'BoomBet has ceased operating' and lists support@boombet.com.au as its contact. We call that a name clash. So if a search shows you that notice, you're looking at the .com.au site, not at the lobby we describe here.

How the address looked before today's lobby

The archive first caught boombetcasino.com on 21 February 2017, as 'BOOMBET Online Casino & Games Store', with a catalogue linking Betsoft, Rival and Sandstorm games. We found copies from 10 separate years.

Crazy Winners showed the same store format that day, which we read as the software of the time. By 15 January 2019 the title had become 'Boombet Online Casino', with a live-chat link at casinocontroller.com/boombet.

That lowercase boombet is still the name the platform uses. Today's script sets rivalName 'boombet' and build number 218, with the back office at admin.casinocontroller.com, and that number won't tell you the casino's age.

Who the casino's own pages say runs it

Its About page mentions an 'incorporated corporation' but leaves the space for the name empty. No company shows in the footer or the policy pages we read, either.

At the foot of the page, the copyright notice says © 2026 BoomBet. Its terms, FAQ, banking, security, AML, privacy, cookie and responsible gaming pages give no company number or licence number either. None of them links a licence validator.

With no company on those pages, we keep each of its ties at Same platform. Our page on how a tie earns its label sets out the test.

How support spreads across the casino's domains

You can ask live chat or write to support@boombetcasinos.com, and the FAQ says support is open 24/7 over phone, chat and email. For financial issues, the support page points you to documents@boombet.email.

So we count 3 domains. The lobby, the support mailbox and the financial-issues inbox each sit on a domain of its own.

A payout waits on paperwork, too. For card payments, the banking page wants your ID, a recent utility bill, copies of the cards you've paid with and a signed Card Authorization Form before it approves one. With Neteller or Skrill, the ID and the bill are enough. Miss the 30 days the terms allow for sending them, and the request is cancelled.

Complaints take the support route. The terms give you 5 days after the event to complain in writing, and after that the casino 'reserves the right not to address the matter'. No outside body for disputes appears in the pages we read.

BoomBet's responsible gaming page lets you set a deposit limit, or ask in writing for a daily, weekly or monthly cap. A break of up to 6 weeks, self-exclusion and permanent closure each start with a request to support. Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and G4 are the outside groups it names. Our own pointer is GamCare's National Gambling Helpline, 0808 8020 133, free at any hour, with live chat and WhatsApp on that number too. GAMSTOP's FAQ recommends using its scheme alongside any tools your bank provides. Among blocking tools, GamCare lists Gamban, Gamblock and BetBlocker. Lobby Set writes for adults of 18 and over.
